Pre-Application Document (PAD) |
The Pre-Application Document (PAD) has been filed with the FERC. Please note that Volumes III through V of the PAD are not available through this website but can be obtained through the procedure outlined in Volume I of the PAD. A Scoping Meeting will be held January 26 and 27, 2005 in Gretna, Virginia.
